Conditions of participation of the welcome bonus campaign KLICK10 of KlickOwn AG
1. Description of the bonus promotion KLICK10
KlickOwn AG grants an unspecified number of new customers a one-time welcome bonus of EUR 10 as a deposit bonus on an initial investment of at least EUR 100 in one of the projects offered on theKlickOwn platform in accordance with these terms and conditions. The bonus is granted exclusivelyin the form of project tokens of the corresponding subordinated token-based bond.

- Amount of the welcome bonus: EUR 10 in real estate tokens
- Minimum investment amount: EUR 100

2. Participation process
- Register on https://www.klickown.com/de/ and carry out customer verification.
- Select any project and specify a minimum investment of EUR 100.
- Enter the bonus code KLICK10. (NOTE: If this bonus promotion has already ended, the message "Invalid Code" will be displayed when entering the bonus code).
- Deposit the investment amount of at least EUR 100. (NOTE: Only then the bonus code will be effectively redeemed)
3. Who can receive the bonus?
Only new customers can receive the welcome bonus. A new customer is defined as any naturalperson or legal entity with (residential) domicile in Germany and a user account with KlickOwn AG and a completed customer verification process, who has not yet made an investment. Theminimum age of the customer must be 18 years for a natural person.
4. Further conditions of participation:
- The welcome bonus is only granted once to a customer who successfully participates in this bonus promotion.
- This bonus promotion cannot be combined with any other bonus or promotion actions of KlickOwn AG.
- The bonus will be granted after customer verification is completed, starting with an initial investment of at least EUR 100 and under the condition that the investment amount is invested as a single deposit in a single project.
- The customer is solely responsible for fulfilling tax obligations in connection with the bonus.
- There will be no cash payment of the bonus.
- The bonus and the project tokens are not transferable (to third parties).
- The bonus is only granted under the condition that the customer leaves his minimum investment of EUR 100 invested in the corresponding token-based bond until the end of its term.
- If the respective project does not reach the required financing target, the bonus will not be paid out upon repayment of the investment sum. The bonus lapses without replacement.
- All employees or business partners of KlickOwn AG are excluded from this promotion.
- The corresponding terms and conditions of the corresponding token-based debenture bond continue to apply to the project tokens transferred as part of the bonus granted.
- Should these conditions of participation be violated, any bonus already granted shall immediately expire without replacement or the project tokens credited to the customer wallet shall be confiscated. This also includes any interest and repayment claims acquired in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the corresponding subordinated token-based bond.
5. When can I receive the bonus?
After successful participation in this bonus promotion according to our terms and conditions andafter the financing target of the respective project has been reached, the project tokens will beautomatically transferred to the customer's wallet.
6. Until when is this bonus promotion valid?
The bonus promotion is limited to a not yet defined period of time.
7. Other
- Before making an investment, please consult the relevant securities information sheet(WIB) and the terms and conditions of the respective subordinated token-based bond.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
